TradaxVOD is a pay-per-view video platform operated by Tradax Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 201901009750 (1319078-D)). Content creators upload match recordings; viewers pay to stream or unlock them, with all financial transactions processed through the Tradax Credit system.

Content Creator Obligations

• You must own or have the right to upload all content you submit.
• All videos are reviewed by an admin before going live. We may reject content that violates these terms.
• You must not upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes any third-party rights.
• You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from individuals appearing in your videos.

Revenue Share

• Stream sales: 70% to content creator, 30% to Tradax.
• Sponsorship unlock: 70% to content creator, 30% to Tradax.
• Minimum payout is RM 10. Payouts are processed manually by operations.
• Revenue share rates may be adjusted individually by Tradax with prior notice.

Content Moderation

TradaxVOD reserves the right to delist, suspend, or permanently remove any content or creator account that violates these terms. If a creator disputes their T&C acceptance, all associated content will be unpublished pending resolution.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By uploading, you grant TradaxVOD a non-exclusive licence to host, transcode, and deliver your content to paying viewers on the platform.

The general Terms & Conditions that apply to all Tradax products — including payments, cancellations, refunds, service delivery, governing law, and dispute resolution — are published on our corporate website and apply to TradaxVOD in addition to the platform-specific terms above.
